Since 1997, Red River Paper has been the leader in supplying artists and photographers premium inkjet papers to showcase their work with. After initial success with their e-commerce debut, they experienced a plateau of growth and revenue. We helped them find their voice, tell their story, and target their ideal customer through their bullseye channels to rejuvenate the growth trend.

THE SOLUTION
Revenue growth was a 0% two years prior and -4% one year prior to hiring DUO. They were relying on email marketing and some video content marketing only. Rev and growth had become stagnant for several years and was starting a decline.
Along with new Branding strategies which capitalized on the excellent UGC from their target audience of artists and photographers, we launched new channels such as SEO, Paid Social and SEM.
We rebranded and developed USPs that we then marketed through all channels and launched an artist spotlight series that connected the audience to the brand as well as provided detailed solutions for new prospects. Additionally, though the email flows were profitable, we redesigned and re-messaged them which resulted in a 20% increase in flow revenue.
THE OUTCOME
The first full year after DUO, the Year Over Year growth was 26%. The total 3 year revenue growth with DUO at the helm was 64%.
