THE CHALLENGE

Intimate Rose is committed to helping women overcome sensitive health issues and feel their best through their line of award-winning products. After success in other online retail channels, they needed to engage customers on their own site. Brand awareness and traffic to the site was low and the conversion rate below the industry average. An additional level of difficulty gaining traction in the niche existed due to the fact the health issues being support by Intimate Rose products were sensitive ones women don't often admit or speak about in open settings like social media.

THE SOLUTION

We identified and crafted a compelling brand story and connection to what their target customer was going through. We also took the opportunity to turn the market on its head and encourage the conversation with women, not to avoid it, removing the stigma of the issues. We built a safe and empathic environment to support women, understand their issues, provide real solutions, and bring them into our tribe, our community.

By removing the taboo and getting women to open up, the brand was able to make a strong emotional connection with their target customers encouraging them to find relief and inspire others. 

We made the bold move to focus less on product, and more on how Intimate Rose cares about the community of women suffering from sensitive health issues in silence. Once that connection was made, women trusted the brand and realized the most innovative products in the industry providing relief and healing for their specific issues were just a click away. And even better, they started talking about them with others. 

THE OUTCOME

DUO rebranded Intimate Rose and relaunched the website, email, and social channel creative and messaging, focusing on making customers feel comfortable, hopeful, and empowered to take control of their health and get back to laughing, loving, and living again. Conversion rates soared.
