Loaded with content, the previous site gave a lot of great information but was difficult to quickly digest.
We needed to explain the product and tell the story in a way that created a simple and engaging experience that appealed to the law enforcement community .

"We were a very picky client because our target audience is law enforcement that have a very careful eye and are harder to connect with in the absence of substance and credibility. Cops can spot a “poser” from a mile away so we needed to be stellar with our branding and messaging. We had to tell our story well with images, technical details, content, everything, plus deliver a user experience on desktop and mobile that was effortless, quick, and functional. Cops don’t have a lot of down time to waste. "

THE SOLUTION

Using familiar imagery and voice, coupled with new product photography and interactive elements, the Toxoptix website became a true representation of what this company is all about and the community it services.


With visual enhancements like the interactive lighting feature, the product comes alive and explains itself.
Explaining the functions of the device in a simple but easily digestible format was a top priority.

More robust agency sales and about pages told the brand story in a more impactful way while using actual customer testimonials and imagery to increase consumer confidence and lead to more conversions.

THE RESULTS
After the successful relaunch of the website, the feedback from the community has been overwhelmingly positive, resulting in stronger bonds with the community.
